Information listed below is based on availability and manager approval. Rates are subject to change, especially for special events.
Each site has full hookups: Every site has 20, 30 and 50 amp hookups, sewer, water, and private internet. All hookups are located on the right hand side of the site (all sites are back in, so hookups are located on the driver’s side).
If you’d like to stay at Evans RV Park, complete our Pre-Reservation Form below! Once your form (and photos, if applying for a long-term site) are submitted, our team will process your reservation in 2 to 3 business days.
Please note: We do not accept same-day reservations. Long-term inquiries will not be processed until all requested photos are emailed to office@evans-rv.com.
The reservation form will take around 15 minutes to complete and ensures (1) a seamless check-in process and (2) a safe and friendly community at Evans RV Park.

Lot Size Guide
Refer to the size guide below to understand which site is best for your RV and needs. Example, if you have a 30 ft RV the standard and premium sites are available to you, but not the mini sites as mini sites have a max RV length of 25 ft.
Premium Sites (60’ - 100’ deep)
Max RV length = 60 ft+
Standard Sites (45’ - 85’ deep)
Max RV length = 45ft
Mini Sites (40’ - 60’ deep)
Max RV length = 25ft
Pads are shorter than the total site depth. The max RV length restriction is to ensure parking space for tow and additional vehicles.
*New monthly guests will have a one-month trial period and will be allowed to continue their reservation if the guest follows and respects park policies and rules.*
Included in lot fee: 2 people, 1 RV, 1 vehicle, 2 pets, Sewage/Water
Not Included in lot fee: Electric and internet
Monthly Rates
Weekly and Nightly “Lot Fees” will be charged a 7.4% sales tax and a 3% public accommodations tax.
We offer a 10% discount on our weekly and nightly rates for active military, veterans, and first responders.

Included in lot fee: 4 people, 1 RV, 1 vehicle, Sewage/Water, Electric

Due to limited parking, two (2) vehicles maximum, are allowed per reservation.
All initial fees and deposits must be paid before check-in.
For long-term guests - You can estimate electricity to be approximately $0.15-0.16 per kWh.
If you choose to connect to the private internet at your site, you will be charged a flat rate for usage (daily, weekly, or monthly depending on the length of your reservation).
Extra person is someone who is six (6) years or older.
A maximum of six (6) people are allowed per site. For extended stay guests no more than 3 unrelated persons may occupy a site. Extended stay guests must provide the name, age, and contact details for each member of their party.
Extra vehicle fees may not be available for all sites. Guests can notify the park in the pre-booking application form if they are looking for a site with space for more than one vehicle.
A maximum of three (3) pets are allowed per site.
The deposit is held for unpaid balances and any damages to the site and/or property.
Propane refills are available for purchase at the front office.
